Code RED monitors public cyber security advisories. It is an aggregator and does not replace the vendor's advice or determine what affects your systems.

Severity

Score = 100 × (0.4 × CVSS/10 + 0.25 × EPSS + 0.2 × KEV + 0.15 × exploit signal). KEV has an 80-point floor; CVSS ≥ 9 with an exploit signal has a 75-point floor. Missing inputs remain UNKNOWN when severity cannot be determined.

Confidence and summaries

Verified: the issuing party or authoritative record states this. Corroborated: independent reputable reporting. Unverified: an uncorroborated claim. These labels come from sources. Each item discloses its summary source. This deployment uses deterministic templates; no model receives fact sheets.

Corrections policy

Corrections and retractions are permanent, dated and attributed to a human reviewer in the corrections log. Claims of attribution, breach and named victims require review.

Privacy and content

We publish our own short summaries and links, not mirrored article bodies. Personal data and credentials are not published. Subscriber information remains local and must have recorded consent before sending. Embargoed or identifying material must not be sent to model providers that train on free-tier content.
